Moluche product details
We endeavour to display as accurately as we reasonably can the true colours of Moluche products. However, we cannot guarantee that the colour of a Moluche Product as delivered will replicate how it appeared to you on-screen; in part, this is dependent upon your computer’s display monitor, and how you perceive colour.
All sizes and measurements concerning Moluche products are as accurately as we can reasonably make them.
Moluche products are entirely made by hand by indigenous weavers in South America.
Orders and delivery
We will contact you if there is an excessive delay with the despatch of your Moluche products.
We use first class service for the sending and delivery of Moluche products. We cannot arrange for deliveries of Moluche product to be left with a neighbour or similar requests; all deliveries must be signed-for at the delivery address you provide to us as part of your order. Note that we cannot be responsible for orders which go missing after delivery.
Cancelling your purchase and our returns policy
You have the right to return your order within 7 working days from the first working day on which you received it. A working day is any day except Saturday, Sunday and UK public holidays.
If you return your order then you must return the Moluche Product to us at your own cost, within 7 working days of the date you received your order. You must take reasonable care of the Moluche Product while it is in your possession. If you cancel and return the Moluche product in good condition, then you will receive a refund of the price you paid for the Moluche product. If you fail to return the Moluche product in good condition to us within 7 working days, then you will be responsible for payment of the price of the Moluche product.
